Educational Qualification: Associate Degree (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in preschool/early childhood education
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position Overview

The Preschool Center Head will lead and manage the overall operations of the preschool, ensuring a nurturing learning environment, high teaching standards, and smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Curriculum Management

• Ensure implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activity plans.
• Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance to teachers for continuous improvement.
• Maintain standards for classroom environment, learning materials, and child development programs.

Operational Management

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and preschool guidelines.
• Handle admissions, maintain accurate student records, and manage parent communications.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports and records for management.

Staff Development & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and support staff to maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and organize staff development programs.
• Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.

Parent Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for parent queries, feedback, and concerns.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to build strong relationships.
• Provide regular updates on student progress and center activities.

Financial & Resource Management

• Oversee fee collections and ensure transparent record-keeping.
• Manage teaching aids, supplies, and infrastructure for efficient utilization.
• Prepare monthly performance and financial reports for management.

Marketing & Admissions Support

• Assist in enrollment drives, promotional activities, and community outreach.
• Build the center’s reputation through quality programs and parent satisfaction initiatives.
