The Preschool Center Head will oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children, manage staff, and facilitate communication with parents. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, maintaining compliance with local regulations, budgeting, staff training and development, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The role also entails organizing events, handling administrative tasks, and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of programs and activities. Qualifications Early Childhood Education, Teaching, and Child Development skills Staff Management and Administrative skills Communication, Interpersonal, and Parent Interaction skills Curriculum Planning and Program Evaluation skills Knowledge of Local Regulations and Compliance Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Pune Experience in early childhood education or administrative roles is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
