Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Center Head located in Pune. The Preschool Center Head will oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children, manage staff, and facilitate communication with parents. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, maintaining compliance with local regulations, budgeting, staff training and development, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The role also entails organizing events, handling administrative tasks, and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of programs and activities.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education, Teaching, and Child Development skills
• Staff Management and Administrative skills
• Communication, Interpersonal, and Parent Interaction skills
• Curriculum Planning and Program Evaluation skills
• Knowledge of Local Regulations and Compliance
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Pune
• Experience in early childhood education or administrative roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
