Position: Preschool & Daycare Center Manager (Female Candidates Only) Location: Sattva Knowledge Park, behind Myhome Bhooja We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and passionate leader to take full ownership of managing our Preschool & Daycare Center . This is a key leadership role that requires driving operational excellence, creating a positive learning environment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations for both Preschool and Daycare. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Supervise staff members, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to curriculum and activity plans. Coordinate with parents, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. Implement policies, processes, and best practices to maintain quality standards. Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to the Director. Requirements: Female candidates only (as per role requirement). Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Preschool and/or Daycare management. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of early childhood education practices, safety procedures, and operational management.
