Preschool Center Head

Position: Preschool & Daycare Center Manager (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Sattva Knowledge Park, behind Myhome Bhooja

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and passionate leader to take full ownership of managing our Preschool & Daycare Center. This is a key leadership role that requires driving operational excellence, creating a positive learning environment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations for both Preschool and Daycare.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
• Supervise staff members, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to curriculum and activity plans.
• Coordinate with parents, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement policies, processes, and best practices to maintain quality standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to the Director.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Preschool and/or Daycare management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood education practices, safety procedures, and operational management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
