Head of Operations – Preschool Chain (Pune)

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Head of Operations to lead the functioning of 15+ preschool centers across Pune and nearby regions. This role is central to ensuring strong teams, high-quality parent experience, and a learning environment that truly shapes future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all centers and ensure seamless implementation of SOPs.

• Lead, mentor, and review Center Managers; build a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular assessments of centers and center leaders to maintain excellence in quality, safety, and child experience.

• Act as the senior escalation point for parent communication and concerns.

• Support admissions, retention, parent satisfaction, and overall operational performance.

• Collaborate on new center openings and cross-functional initiatives.

• Welcome and orient new joiners, helping them understand the organization’s mission of creating meaningful impact on young minds—the future leaders of India in 2050.
