Position: Head – Admin & Operations
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Note: This position is exclusively open for female Candidates.

About the Role

We are looking for a person to lead operations and administration in our high jewellery & fine jewellery unit. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in luxury or fine jewellery operations, staff management, and client coordination—preferably with global exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle premium clients and global buyer visits professionally
• Oversee daily operations of the fine jewellery unit
• Lead, guide, and manage staff performance & discipline
• Handle documentation, reports, compliance & audit files
• Ensure high-quality standards and confidentiality of designs

Required Qualification

• Any Degree (mandatory)
• MBA in HR/Operations/Retail (preferred)
• 6–10 years’ experience in jewellery/luxury/operations roles
• Experience in high jewellery or export/fine jewellery units is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong team management & people-handling skills
• Excellent communication: Tamil + English
• Ability to handle pressure with calmness and maturity
