Role Summary We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to lead and manage our end-to-end accounting function. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations Oversee the day-to-day accounting function including general ledger, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls. Process Development & Controls Design and implement SOPs across all finance sub-functions (billing, payables, receivables, cash management). Introduce automation wherever feasible and ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows. Work with business leaders to project working capital requirements and funding needs. Management Reporting Prepare monthly MIS and dashboards for senior leadership. Conduct variance analysis and offer insights on financial performance. Tech & Tools Exposure Lead migration or optimization of financial platforms such as Zoho Books , Tally , or other cloud-based tools. Leverage these platforms for efficient tracking, analytics, and compliance. Audit & Compliance Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for annual audits and tax filings. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Team Leadership Build and mentor a small but agile finance team. Create a culture of accuracy, integrity, and ownership. Ideal Candidate Profile 15–20 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in SMEs or startups. Strong understanding of international billing , invoicing models, and cross-border compliance. Key Responsibilities Flight & Crew Coordination Monitor flight schedules, delays, and cancellations to anticipate IROPS requirements. Qualifications & Experience 10–15 years of experience in airline operations, hospitality operations, travel-tech, or related sectors. Proven experience leading large teams and multi-geography operations. Strong understanding of airline crew management, IROPS processes, or hotel operations. Demonstrated ability to build systems and structures in a fast-growth environment. Experience working closely with product and technology teams (preferred).
