Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to meet targets and deadlines. Monitoring and supervising production lines to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource utilization. You will collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials and equipment. Additionally, implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards will be a key part of your role. Identifying and troubleshooting production issues, optimizing processes for efficiency, and collaborating with other departments to streamline operations are also important tasks. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safety culture within the production team will be crucial responsibilities.
