Presales Team Lead

As an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the Presales team at Accops. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring team members are motivated, skilled, and aligned with company goals. - Demonstrating deep technical knowledge and real-world usage of application and operating system environments. - Possessing strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. - Having sound knowledge of Networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, basic routing protocols, Virtual Private networks, Active Directory, and other directory services. - Understanding security products such as firewalls, VPN, ZNTA, CASB, SASE, Identity federations, etc. - Expertise in at least one Desktop Virtualization Technologies (Citrix Apps & Desktop/ VMware Horizon/ WVD/ MS RDP, etc.) - Partnering closely with the sales Account Manager and mapping customer requirements to company products. - Articulating the advantages and disadvantages of offerings based on real-world examples. - Conducting conversations with prospective clients to convey both technical and business merits of solutions. - Being willing to travel to customer locations as per requirements. - Knowledge in solution designing/solution architecting and capacity planning. - Staying updated with the latest technologies and continuous evaluation of solution offerings. Good to have: - Pre-sales experience in a Startup, preferably in VDI, VPN, MFA, MDM, Azure, AWS, etc. - Prior knowledge of Accops products. - Customer interactions at the management level. - Knowledge of Windows Server/Windows 10/RDS license.
