Presales Team Lead

As an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the Pre-Sales team at Accops. Your role involves ensuring that team members are motivated, skilled, and aligned with company goals. Additionally, you should possess deep technical knowledge and practical experience in application and operating system environments. Your responsibilities will also include: - Demonstrating strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems - Possessing sound knowledge of Networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, VPNs, Active Directory, and other directory services - Understanding security products such as firewalls, VPN, CASB, and identity federations - Having expertise in Desktop Virtualization Technologies like Citrix Apps & Desktop, VMware Horizon, WVD, or MS RDP - Collaborating closely with sales Account Managers - Mapping customer requirements to company products - Articulating advantages and disadvantages of offerings with real-world examples - Conducting technical and business discussions with prospective clients - Being willing to travel to customer locations as needed - Having knowledge in solution designing, architecting, and capacity planning - Staying updated on the latest technologies and evaluating solution offerings Good to have skills include: - Pre-sales experience in a startup, preferably in VDI, VPN, MFA, MDM, Azure, AWS, etc. - Prior knowledge of Accops products - Customer interactions at the management level - Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10, RDS license Soft skills required for this role are: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Clarity of thought - Leadership skills - Proactiveness - Self-motivation - Analytical mindset - Team player - Flexibility/adaptability Founded in 2012, Accops is a leading provider of secure remote access and digital workspace solutions.
