Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily presales operations, mentoring a team of presales specialists, engaging with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and product teams to develop strategies that promote business growth and ensure customer success. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with proven experience in Sales and Presales roles. Hands-on experience in team management is key, as well as the ability to efficiently bridge the gap between clients and internal technical teams. A solid sales strategy mindset with a consultative approach is essential, and a background in automation, SaaS, or technology solutions would be advantageous.
