As a dynamic and experienced Presales Lead, your role will involve leading end-to-end presales activities to drive solutioning, proposal development, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to define winning strategies for proposals and conduct client workshops, product demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions, effort estimation, pricing models, and value propositions aligned with customer needs. Your expertise in software development, cloud solutions, DevOps, AI/ML, or QE will be crucial in crafting compelling solutions for clients. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively. Moreover, you will support contract negotiation, bid management, and commercial discussions with clients while mentoring junior presales team members and contributing to process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and presentations. - Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to define winning strategies for proposals. - Conduct client workshops, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase solutions. - Develop technical solutions, effort estimation, pricing models, and value propositions aligned with customer needs. - Work with internal stakeholders to create sales collaterals, case studies, and competitive analysis. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively. - Support contract negotiation, bid management, and commercial discussions with clients. - Mentor junior presales team members and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in presales, solutioning, or technical sales in IT/Technology/Consulting. - Strong expertise in software development, cloud solutions, DevOps, AI/ML, or QE. - Experience with proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and bid management. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with senior executives and technical stakeholders. - Strong content writing and design skills to create sales collaterals, case studies, etc. - Knowledge of pricing models, effort estimation, and contract structuring. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
