Presales Team Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the city-level targets along with your own OKRs. You will continuously develop a team of agents into fantastic relationship executives. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that key productivity metrics like dialled calls and MQLs of each team member are achieved. You will assess the leads pipeline of each city you are responsible for and prioritize call tasks accordingly, ultimately ensuring that the active leads bucket is fully utilized. Additionally, you will lead and closely track experiments/pilots, if any, that are run from time to time. Real-time call queue management to ensure the hygiene of input metrics and schedule adherence of each individual within the team will also be under your purview. Qualifications required for this role include proven pre-sales/inside sales experience, a track record of over-achieving targets, strong phone presence, and experience in outbound/telesales calling. Experience in driving productivity and performance metrics goals, working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, graduation/post-graduation or equivalent, high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity. An understanding of the home interiors domain will be an added advantage.,
