Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the Pre-Sales Team, your role will involve leading the preparation of RFPs, project proposals, customized pitch decks, and dashboarding solutions for potential clients. Your extensive experience in data-driven roles, strong business acumen, and effective stakeholder communication skills will be crucial in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the creation of high-quality, client-focused RFPs and project proposals. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry and market research. - Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on proposal development and client interactions. - Collaborate with the sales team to prepare high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and pitch decks for potential clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for client requirement gathering and solution discussions. - Conduct discovery meetings with the sales team to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives. - Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of data and AI solutions to prospective clients. - Develop customized pitch decks addressing specific client use cases. - Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase solutions and network with potential clients. **Solution Design:** - Possess advanced knowledge of data science, analytics methodologies, and BI tools. - Translate complex client business problems into technical solutions effectively. - Collaborate with the Practice team to design customized solutions meeting client-specific needs. - Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with organizational capabilities. - Conduct industry and market research to tailor solutions to major industry verticals. - Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, E-Commerce, D2C & Retail. **Technical Expertise:** - Maintain a deep understanding of service offerings, including data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data and AI. - Assist in creating technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies. **Educational Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. - MBA degree from a top-tier institution. - 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, services sales, or similar roles within the data and AI industry. - Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder, and project management skills. - Advanced understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. - Good knowledge of tools and technologies. - Experience in preparing and delivering project documentation. - Exposure to collaborative work environments with multiple stakeholders. - Basic experience with dashboarding or data visualization solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to build strong relationships. - Problem-solving mindset with creative and strategic thinking abilities. - Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.,
