Job Description

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end presales activities, including responding to RFP/RFI, designing solutions, and delivering presentations. Working closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams, you will strategize to create compelling proposals. Your role will involve conducting client workshops, product demos, and PoCs to demonstrate solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, you will develop technical solutions, effort estimations, pricing models, and value propositions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will create sales collaterals, case studies, and competitive analyses. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position solutions. You will also support contract negotiations, bid management, and commercial discussions with clients, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to process enhancements. The ideal candidate possesses at least 6 years of experience in presales, solutioning, or technical sales within the IT/Technology/Consulting industry. Strong expertise in software development, cloud solutions, DevOps, AI/ML, or QE is required based on the company's focus. Proficiency in proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and bid management is essential. You should have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and possess excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with senior executives and technical stakeholders. Strong content writing and design skills are necessary for creating sales collaterals and case studies. Knowledge of pricing models, effort estimation, and contract structuring is crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in the consulting or IT services industry and strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Your expertise in technical sales, collateral development, customer case studies, and solution sales will be instrumental in driving successful presales activities.,
