Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team by analyzing client requirements, preparing tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer queries. The role will involve working closely with prospective clients to identify their needs, providing consulting expertise, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the presales process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions is also a key aspect of the role.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client queries effectively.
• Consulting and Presales expertise to deliver compelling product demonstrations and strategic client solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in payroll, compliance, and related software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
