Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist, your role involves providing technical assistance to the sales team and contributing to the preparation of technical responses for RFPs/RFIs. You will be designing integrated physical security solutions, such as CCTV and access control systems, tailored to meet client requirements. Additionally, attending Pre-Bid Meetings with clients and finalizing project specifications will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team. - Assist in preparing technical responses for RFPs/RFIs. - Design integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, access control, and related systems. - Attend Pre-Bid Meetings with clients to finalize queries/deviations from the tender. - Prepare detailed proposals and estimation sheets based on client needs. - Review CAD drawings and provide design optimization inputs. - Engage with clients to understand security requirements and propose tailored solutions. - Participate in pre/post-tender meetings to discuss project specifications and solutions. - Release bill of material to procurement team for material order and vendor selection. - Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs & Distributors. - Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and expand existing accounts. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet technical standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology. Qualifications: - A degree in Electronics, Diploma in E&C, or related field. - Product certifications and hands-on experience can be advantageous. - Experience in security systems design or presales roles, typically 3 to 5 years based on position level. - Datacenter design expertise is desirable. Essential Skills: - Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of video surveillance systems, Access Control System, Networking technologies, and industry standards. - Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Desirable Attributes: - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. - Good Client Handling skills and being One Point of Contact for Project related activities. - Good communication, presentation skills, and ability to quickly adapt to the technical environment.,
