Presales Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle CX Cloud with a solid foundation in Enterprise Architecture and awareness of SCM, ERP, and HCM touchpoints. This role demands a dynamic individual with excellent presentation, networking, and communication skills someone who can confidently engage with OC, design impactful solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solutioning:

• Lead the solution architecture for Oracle CX Cloud across Sales, Service, Marketing, Subscription Management, and Enterprise contracts.
• Understand client business needs across

  Quote-to-Revenue

  , Enterprise Contracts,

  Subscription Lifecycle

  , and

  Service Management

  to craft end-to-end CX solutions.
• Prepare and deliver

  customer presentations, demos, and value propositions

  that align Oracle capabilities with business goals.
• Design scalable CX architectures that integrate seamlessly with

  ERP, SCM, and HCM

  applications.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive opportunities from discovery to closure.
• Represent Oracle in client meetings, industry forums, and partner ecosystems to strengthen the brand’s CX footprint
