Presales Solutions Architect

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining client business problems related to Integrated Solutions in IT Infra, including Server, Storage, Laptop, Desktop, Networking, and Security. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of technologies such as Server Hardware, Networking, Storage technologies, Virtualization Technologies, and Information Security Management. - Working on RFP and BID in IT-System Integration projects. - Establishing good connections with OEMs Partners like Dell, HP, and CISCO. - Sound experience in Data Centre Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Solutions and Backup Solutions. - Providing technical business solutions encompassing hardware, software, network, and service components to be integrated with legacy systems. - Utilizing negotiation skills with Vendors, OEMs, and Distributors. - Handling risks effectively and working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process. - Participating as a member of the sales engagement team in pursuit of business opportunities. - Proposing solutions around equipment procurement, data center implementation, and LAN/WAN/WLAN implementation. - Demonstrating expertise in Cisco networking technologies with exposure to SD-WAN and Cloud solutions. - Preparing sales proposals and providing training to sales representatives. - Collaborating with vendors and customers to optimize their network architecture and build custom solutions. - Keeping customers updated about the latest technology, products, and solutions from OEMs. - Providing recommendations on Service Improvement Plans (SIP) to enhance business stability and assisting customers in technical discussions with OEMs. - Demonstrating self-starting capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and consultative skills. Basic Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in managing the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously. - At least 3 years of experience in solution designing, RFP, and solution designing. Your experience in hands-on implementation and solution designing will be crucial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role effectively.,
