Presales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to clients.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs by preparing technical documentation, compliance sheets, and BOQs.
• Conduct product trials, proof of concepts, and ensure smooth technical discussions with Client
• Coordinate with internal product and R&D; teams for customized solutions as per customer requirements.
• Stay updated product portfolio, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
• Assist the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets through technical expertise.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and client workshops representing Instruments.

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, sensors, measurement systems, or industrial automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel within Navi Mumbai for client interactions.
