Job Description

The Pre-Sales Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing pre-sales activities within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Working alongside sales, marketing, and delivery teams, you will drive the successful acquisition of new business and foster the growth of existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs in partnership with the sales team to create tailored solutions. You will be tasked with developing and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations, as well as crafting detailed proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs. It will be essential to coordinate internally to ensure the technical accuracy and feasibility of proposals, acting as a technical advisor and product advocate for clients. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders is paramount, while also staying abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements. Your insights gained from client interactions will be vital in providing feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demands. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise account selling strategies, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and contribute to the development of sales tools and marketing collateral. Tracking and reporting on pre-sales activities and outcomes, as well as analyzing and optimizing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness, will be integral to your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role. Experience in the IT Sector, particularly with exposure to BFSI and Fintech, is highly desirable. Possessing strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial. Proficiency in CRM software, the Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential traits. Lastly, managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently while maintaining a passion for delivering exceptional service will be key to excelling in this role.,
