Presales & Digital Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Generate high-quality leads through digital platforms such as social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, and insurance marketplaces.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments.
  
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  

2. Presales Support

• Work closely with the sales team to understand requirements and prepare customized proposals, product presentations, and quotations.
  
• Provide detailed product explanations, coverage clarifications, and benefit comparisons to prospects before handover to sales.
  
• Support the sales cycle by coordinating customer queries, documentation, and initial onboarding requirements.
  

3. Digital Marketing & Outreach

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Track and analyze lead performance metrics (CPL, conversion ratios, ROI).
  
• Create engaging content for emailers, landing pages, and digital ads to attract quality leads.
  

4. CRM & Data Management

• Maintain and update all lead information in the CRM system.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads through automated workflows.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, conversion funnels, and campaign efficiency.
  

5. Coordination & Collaboration

• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams for presales clarifications.
  
• Work with the marketing team to run campaigns aligned with product launches or promotional activities.
• Knowledge of health insurance products.
  
• Experience in digital lead generation and CRM tools.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Target-oriented and analytical.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Minimum

  14 years of experience

  in Presales, Digital Lead Generation, or Health Insurance sales/marketing roles.
• Certifications in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Salary Range

Based on experience and company norms.
