Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including cross-functional team coordination to deliver competitive and business-winning solutions. Facilitate technical discussions (TCs) between customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate minutes. Provide innovative, cost-effective, and timely solutions to customer needs. Develop and maintain pricing strategies with key accounts, ensuring scope management and revenue optimization. Regularly update and maintain the RFP tracker, providing insights to senior leadership. Track proposal outcomes and collaborate with Business Development counterparts for follow-ups. Organize project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and ensure seamless handovers. Participate in project closure discussions and contribute to strategies for future opportunities.
