Presales Manager

As a Manager of Pre-Sales & Business Development at CRAMSN, located in CRAMSN Research Park, Pashamylaram, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in responding to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ) by preparing high-quality proposals within set deadlines. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop RFPs, managing end-to-end RFP processes, facilitating technical discussions with customers and internal teams, and providing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. You will also be tasked with maintaining pricing strategies, updating the RFP tracker, tracking proposal outcomes, and organizing project kick-off meetings to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ) by preparing comprehensive proposals within defined timelines. - Collaborate with SMEs to develop RFPs and provide product and technology inputs for client requirements. - Manage end-to-end RFP processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions. - Facilitate technical discussions (TCs) between customers and internal teams, and keep accurate minutes. - Offer innovative, cost-effective, and timely solutions to address customer needs. - Develop and maintain pricing strategies with key accounts, ensuring scope management and revenue optimization. - Update and maintain the RFP tracker regularly, providing insights to senior leadership. - Track proposal outcomes and collaborate with Business Development counterparts for follow-ups. - Organize project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and ensure smooth handovers. - Participate in project closure discussions and contribute to strategies for future opportunities. Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in the Pharma CRO / CDMO / CRAMS industry (mandatory). - M.Sc. in Chemistry; MBA preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
