Set and monitor performance targets for the pre-sales team, aligning KPIs with campaign goals and leveraging dashboard analytics to ensure timely and effective execution.
Oversee and enforce quality control standards across both in-house and outsourced calling centers through regular audits, structured feedback, and detailed call performance analysis.
Research and adopt industry-leading technologies and systems to optimize lead management, enhance CRM effectiveness, and improve the utilization of customer data.
Coordinate with outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, service level agreements (SLAs), and defined service quality benchmarks.
Plan and support project launches, marketing activations, and inventory-specific campaigns in collaboration with branding and sales teams, ensuring transparency through clear funnel tracking and MIS reporting.
Provide daily updates on funnel health, client revisits, and the sales pipeline, and recommend strategies to reduce closure TATs through improved data clarity and streamlined workflows.
