Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior-level mandates across multiple industries. Engage in proactive headhunting: identifying, targeting, and approaching passive candidates through research, networking, and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals). Conduct detailed briefing sessions with hiring managers to understand business needs, role expectations, and critical skills required. Create and execute structured search strategies to source the best talent. Maintain strong candidate engagement through the recruitment process, ensuring high levels of candidate experience. Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment of cultural fit. Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and market mapping reports. Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's reputation and opportunities to candidates. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring leadership needs. Stay updated with market intelligence, industry movements, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor analysis. Negotiate salary offers and finalize the hiring process in coordination with internal stakeholders and HRBP teams. Manage multiple active mandates simultaneously with high levels of speed, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Work closely with leadership teams and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards related to recruitment activities and status updates. Contribute to strategic projects in employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment process improvement initiatives.
