Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales team. This person will be responsible for coaching, training, and managing a team that qualifies leads, creates buyer intent, and books high-conversion demos for our sales team. You’ll work closely with marketing and post sales to optimize the top of the funnel and improve conversion quality.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Training

  • Train and coach the pre-sales team on lead engagement strategy, objection handling, and
  • communication best practices.
  • Define and refine qualification frameworks based on buyer persona and lead behavior.
  • Conduct role plays and regular performance reviews to ensure quality engagement.

Lead Strategy & Intent Creation

  • Guide the team on how to approach and communicate with different types of leads (e.g., cold, warm, referral, repeat inquiries).
  • Develop scripts and playbooks tailored to various customer personas (rigid parent, price-sensitive, high-intent, etc.).
  • Implement strategies to warm up leads and generate intent before handing over to the sales team.

Demo Booking & Funnel Management

  • Ensure the team consistently meets demo booking targets with qualified leads.
  • Monitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and optimize outreach cadences and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on handoff processes and lead quality expectations.

Process & Tools

  • Use and train the team on CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Build scalable workflows for lead tracking, nurturing, and follow-ups.
  • Regularly audit and refine outreach templates, sequences, and content based on performance data.
