Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Intern to join our team in Chennai. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students and parents, helping them transition into the Mentor Match ecosystem with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding new students and parents onto the platform Guide parents through the registration, orientation, and class setup process Coordinate between sales, customer support, and academic teams for a seamless experience Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress using internal tools (e.g., CRM, Google Sheets) Follow up with families to ensure all post-onboarding queries are addressed Collect feedback to identify common onboarding issues and suggest improvements Support the onboarding team with day-to-day administrative tasks Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus) Comfortable interacting with parents and understanding their concerns Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in customer engagement and operations Exposure to the edtech industry and student-parent lifecycle Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals Certificate of completion and potential for full-time opportunity Opportunity to be converted to a full-time employee based on your performance during the internship Show more Show less
