Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls from clients across various countries.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns processing, and other related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO industry (voice process) or similar field.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
