Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Will be responsible for lead generation or site visits from given leads of residential-luxury properties. Meeting Weekly and Monthly Targets in Site visits. On-boarding of clients and servicing of existing ones on the platform. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls. Following up with Leads provided from various marketing campaigns and associations. Maintaining database of clients in Software, following up with them on regular basis. Responding to SMS & WhatsApp calls. Arranging and coordinating the meetings between the client and the sales team. Preferred candidate profile A Handful of Experience in calling and convincing prospects and converting them into leads. Inter-departmental coordination. Possessing a sharp eye for detail on the lead follow-up. Good knowledge of MS Office. Good communication skills. A quick learner who is adaptable.
