LiaisoningMinutesRole & responsibilities Design Leadership: Develop architectural layouts, elevations, and detailed plans using softwares. Project Management: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Client Interaction: Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Analyze building codes, by-laws, and site requirements to ensure adherence to regulations. Construction Oversight: Monitor construction processes to ensure quality and alignment with design specifications. Innovation: Stay updated on architectural trends and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions. Preparing Agendas & Meeting minutes Assisting CEO/Management in reviewing and analyzing working Drawings, Shop drawings, Detailed estimates & BOQs, Coordination with Liasioning team, Sales team & Construction team Managing and maintaining record keeping of Drawings & document files of all projects Conduct frequent site visits and ensure project construction in line with designs
