Presales Executive

As a Presales Executive in our Business Team located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients through solutioning, sales support, project delivery, and client relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Product Positioning and Pitch: You will be responsible for positioning our products and services to prospect clients and partners, conducting solution demonstrations for key decision-makers, and mapping customer requirements with Signzy offerings. - Solutioning and Proposal Creation: Your role will involve solutioning for customer problems, managing client expectations, creating techno-commercial proposals and value proposition documents, and performing business analysis and scoping for proposals. - Presentation and Communication: You will create pitch decks for proposed solutions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and train sales teams on product, compliance, and technology for assigned use-cases. - Project Delivery and Client Relationship: You will manage delivery from the business side by coordinating with project delivery teams, liaise with product and sales teams for new product features, and update the product team on client feedback and market insights. - Documentation and Legal Support: Ownership of proposals and scope of work, assisting in closing legal documents such as service agreements and NDAs, and actively working on pitch decks, demos, and presentations for assigned use-cases. Your qualifications should include 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Presales, Business Analysis, or Project Management, excellent communication and writing skills, proficiency in creating presentation decks and proposal documents, enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and similar technologies, and a fair understanding of BFSI and Fintech Industry. Additionally, familiarity with demo configuration and experience in managing client expectations and cross-functional teams will be beneficial for this role.,
