As a Presales Executive in the Business Team based in Gurgaon, you are expected to have 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Presales, Business Analysis, or Project Management. Your role will require you to possess exceptional communication and writing skills. Proficiency in creating engaging presentation decks and proposal documents is crucial. An active interest in Artificial Intelligence and related technologies is highly valued. Additionally, a basic understanding of the BFSI and Fintech Industry would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with Demo Configuration. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around Solutioning & Sales Support. This includes effectively positioning products, pitching to potential clients and partners, conducting solution demonstrations for key decision-makers, and aligning customer requirements with Signzy offerings. You will be tasked with managing client expectations, collaborating with various teams within client organizations, and developing Techno-commercial Proposals and Value Proposition documents. Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Scoping for proposals will be part of your routine. You will also be responsible for creating pitch decks and presenting proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will extend to Project Delivery & Client Relationship management. This involves overseeing delivery from the business side, managing client expectations, and coordinating with Project Delivery and Sales teams to address client needs. You will need to communicate client feedback to the Product team and collaborate on introducing new product features. Post Agreement Sign-off, you will facilitate the smooth handover of leads to the project and support teams as per standard operating procedures. Documentation will be a key aspect of your role. You will own Proposal and Scope of Work documents, ensuring timely sign-offs. Additionally, you will support the Sales team in finalizing legal documents such as Service Agreements, NDAs, and SLA agreements. Active involvement in pitch decks, demos, and presentations for assigned use-cases will be essential to your success in this role.,
