As an IT Pre-Sales Intern at VectorStack, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives digital transformation and enhances business performance for clients across various industries. Your role will involve supporting the sales and solution teams by gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and sales. Throughout this 3-month internship in Koramangala, Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients, build proposals, and create technical documentation. Your main responsibilities will include: Technical Learning and Development: - Acquiring knowledge about VectorStack's IT products, services, and solutions, covering software, hardware, networking, and cloud technologies. - Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical pre-sales expertise. - Staying updated on emerging technology trends and competitive products. Sales Support: - Assisting in the preparation of technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal documentation. - Collaborating with senior Pre-Sales Consultants to identify client pain points and recommend appropriate tech solutions. - Contributing to the compilation of RFP/RFI responses with technical inputs. Customer Interaction: - Attending client meetings to understand their IT requirements and challenges. - Addressing basic technical queries from clients during initial sales stages. - Supporting the documentation of client needs for proposal development. Collaboration & Content Creation: - Working closely with internal teams such as product, engineering, and support to align on solution design. - Assisting in the creation of pre-sales materials like case studies, brochures, and knowledge decks. - Sharing insights and feedback from client discussions to enhance solution offerings. Continuous Learning: - Demonstrating initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and sales techniques. - Providing suggestions to enhance internal documentation and sales processes. We are looking for final-year students or recent graduates with a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Strong interest in IT, cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in simple terms, as well as a willingness to learn and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, are key attributes we seek in potential candidates. While previous exposure to IT sales or pre-sales processes, familiarity with CRM tools or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure or software development lifecycle are preferred, they are not mandatory requirements for this internship opportunity.,
