Job Description

As a Presales Executive, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into site visits and bookings, achieving a minimum conversion rate. You will maintain meticulous records of all site visits and bookings, generate daily reports on various metrics, follow up with leads promptly, and ensure that documentation is up-to-date. Your role also includes attending training sessions, meeting monthly targets, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Visits from Leads (Minimum 7.5% Conversion):

 As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for effectively converting potential leads into site visits. This means engaging with leads in a persuasive and informative manner to spark their interest in visiting your services.

 Your success will be measured by achieving a minimum conversion rate of 7.5% of leads into actual site visits. This requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to present compelling reasons for them to visit.

Maintain records of site visits and bookings:

 Record-keeping is crucial in this role. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting all site visits and bookings.

 Accurate records help in tracking progress, analysing trends, and ensuring that follow-up

actions are timely and effective.

Generate Daily Reports:

 Daily reporting is an essential part of the job. You will need to produce daily reports that

summarize key metrics including: Leads received, Calls made, Site visits scheduled, Site visits conducted, Revisits scheduled and conducted

 These reports serve as a snapshot of your daily performance and help in making real-time

adjustments. On-time Follow-up of Leads & Keep Documentation Updated:

 Timely follow-up is critical in nurturing leads. You should maintain a rigorous follow-up

schedule to keep potential customers engaged and informed.

 Additionally, keeping all relevant documentation up-to-date is essential for ensuring

compliance and transparency in the sales process.

Weekly and Monthly Reports Update:

 Beyond daily reports, you will also be responsible for providing weekly and monthly updates to management. These reports will offer a broader view of your performance and trends over time.

Attended Training Sessions:

 Continuous learning is essential in this role. Attend training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market dynamics.

Achieve Monthly Targets:

 Meeting monthly targets is a key performance indicator for success in this role. You will be

expected to consistently work towards and achieve the sales targets set by the organization.

Adherence to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures):

 Consistency and quality are vital in presales. Adherence to SOPs ensures that the sales

process remains standardized and efficient, delivering a consistent customer experience.

Leadership & Personality Development:

 As a Presales Executive, personal development is encouraged. Developing skills and

enhancing your personality can help you build stronger relationships with potential customers and colleagues.

Adherence to Vision, Mission, Values:

 Aligning with the organization's vision, mission, and values is essential. Your actions and
