Job Description

A Presales Executive bridges the gap between marketing and sales by engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how the company's products or services can meet those needs. They play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and benefits of offerings.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of the client.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, answer client questions, and support the sales process.
  • Market Understanding: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Transition Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to the implementation phase.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they are properly assessed and passed on to the sales team.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, solutions provided, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
