Job Description

You will be joining Relation Realtech as a Senior Executive for Channel Sales Management. Your role will involve driving sales through channel partners, building and nurturing relationships with partners, and meeting sales targets. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of the real estate market will be crucial for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Channel Partner Management:** Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure their motivation and readiness to promote Relation Realtech's properties. - **Sales Strategy Execution:** Implement channel sales strategies aligned with overall sales objectives. Monitor partner performance and sales activities to ensure target achievement. - **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and market trends. Provide feedback to enhance marketing and product offerings. - **Training & Support:** Train and support channel partners on products, sales processes, and marketing strategies. Equip partners with necessary tools for success. - **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare regular reports on sales performance, partner activities, and market conditions. Utilize data for informed decision-making and strategy enhancement. - **Customer Relationship Management (CRM):** Utilize CRM tools for tracking partner interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Maintain accurate records. - **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure channel sales activities comply with legal requirements. Manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless execution of sales strategies and company goal achievement. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus. - **Experience:** Minimum 1-3 years in channel sales management, preferably in real estate. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners. - **Skills:** Understanding of real estate market and channel sales strategies, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, data analysis capability, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
