Location: East Pune Experience: 5 - 10years (Closing, preferably in the real estate sector) About the Role: As a Sales Manager at SAA, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales effortsincluding both property sales and leasing transactions—and contributing to the growth of our business in the Pune region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding both sales and leasing targets. Job Profile Managing and converting walk-ins to closures (sales & leasing) Attending walk-ins and closing deals (sales & leasing) along with proper follow-ups Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and ensuring closures (sales & leasing) Identifying, pitching, and closing leasing opportunities for commercial spaces Negotiating the terms of agreements for both sales and leasing transactions Maintaining proper records of booking forms, leasing contracts, and client visits Coordinating with property owners and tenants to finalize leasing terms Responsible for achieving monthly sales, leasing, and collection targets Achieving the set targets given by management before deadlines Building good customer relationships and generating reference clients to boost both sales and leasing business Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Experience: Preferably from the Commercial Vertical—real estate industry, with hands-on experience in both sales and leasing. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, leasing market dynamics, and current market trends. Skills and Competencies: Willingness to travel for client meetings, property visits, and networking events Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team Excellent negotiation skills for both selling and leasing deals Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
