🔍 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙚: Sourcing Manager – Property Consultant
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Source property listings in Mumbai
- Manage brokers & channel partners
- Identify new inventory for residential projects
- Conduct market study & field sourcing
- Coordinate with internal sales teams
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing
- Strong network in South/Central Mumbai
- Good communication skills
