NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) is an educational foundation established in 1963, symbolizing Indo-Swiss cooperation with a mission to promote purposeful technical education for Indian youth. The foundation operates through over 20 training centres across various states in India, aiding industries Skilling and Upskilling Diploma Programs and by producing skilled manpower. NTTF is an ISO 9001 certified institution and is governed by a board comprising leading industrialists. The foundation's programs are supported by the Government of Switzerland, Swiss NGOs, and Indian state governments.



The NTTF has grown substantially with a strong footprint across India, having around 60 training centres including Corporate Partner centers. The NTTF Support Departments play a key role in managing the large student strength from the core training centers across all the NTTF centers. We also manage various custom-built training programs at our partner clients’ centers. The support departments are located in Bangalore and are vital for the success of the organisation. Each of these departments is led by a head along with other team members who coordinate with the various training centers across India on a day-to-day basis.



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Delhi with minimum 2 years' of experience in corporate presales role having lead generation and conversion responsibilities in Corporate Training,

CSR, Manufacturing & Education Industry and supporting the sales team. Should be a Graduation / Post Graduation in any Stream and MBA Mktg will be added advantage. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information about NTTF's offerings. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and effective communication to secure new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with RFP processes
  • Ability to work independently and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


Job Profile

  • Responsible for meeting annual sales and growth targets. Generating prospective enquiries from potential Industry customers for existing and new business.
  • Participating in RFQ events, preparation of proposals, follow up and converting into orders.
  • Preparing legal Contracts/ MOUs for all types of projects and new businesses.
  • Formulating Revenue budgeting & implementing business development plans for Learn and Earn vertical.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Lead Generation & Research and identify potential corporate clients and qualifications leads to ensure they align with the company's offerings.
  • Gather and analyse customer requirements to understand their specific technical and business needs.
  • Develop and articulate tailored solutions that meet the client's requirements and demonstrate how the company's product or service can solve their problems.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of the company's solutions.
  • Provide technical and business insights during sales meetings, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically feasible and deliver value.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
  • Collaborate with corporate sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solution's.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs for prospective clients & support in pricing, documentation, and client onboarding.
  • Reaching unexplored industry regions and visiting prospective clients, build and managing prospect client database, keeping accurate record and notes of contact information, follow up and prospect activity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer challenges and devise appropriate solutions.
  • Aptitude for building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Computer savvy (MS Office - mainly MS Word and MS Excel, MS PPT and Internet)
  • Preparing dashboards on weekly basis of Marketing activities for NTTF, generating detailed reports.
  • Identifying prospects through various Offline and Online/ digital marketing campaigns like LinkedIn, Facebook, Email campaign.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and regional and local languages.
