Role Description

*Job Title: Training Officer (Murbad)**Key Responsibilities:*- Deliver training sessions to students based on the prescribed syllabus- Provide hands-on guidance on shop floor operations, tools, and techniques- Conduct examination-related activities, including: - Question paper preparation - Exam administration - Answer paper evaluation - Result declaration- Develop and refine curriculum for diploma programs

Qualifications

• Teaching experience minimum 2 years and industrial experience will add an additional advantage
• NTTF Diploma/Diploma/B.Tech - Tool and die making, Mechanical engineering, Electronics and communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and telecommunication.
• M.Sc & you B.Sc - computer science
• Training & Development, Employee Training, and Training skills
• Analytical Skills for evaluating training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively deliver training and interact with employees
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the technical education sector is a plus
