Position: Full-Time Role – School Skilling Program (Female Candidates Only)
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate female professional with a strong background in training and development, especially in learner-centric pedagogy, to lead and support our government school-skilling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Train and mentor a national pool of trainers across India
· Guide content implementation and ensure quality training delivery
· Monitor, evaluate, and build the capacity of trainers
· Travel Pan India for on-ground support and training
Ideal Candidate:
· Experienced in training or skilling, preferably in education
· Strong understanding of learner-centric pedagogy & knowledge to execute relevant skills
· Confident, works independently and leads trainer teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Passionate about impacting government school education
· A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in training is preferred
· Training-related certifications preferred
· Must speak fluent English & Hindi
