Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Canvas and Keys, you are the first point of connection for our Channel Partners and often the reason they choose to work closely with us. Your role is critical in onboarding brokers, engaging the CP network, and activating them to drive qualified site visits and business results.
If you enjoy building relationships, are naturally persuasive, and can turn curiosity into active participation, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Acquisition & Engagement

  • Initiate conversations with brokers, channel partners, and realty networks via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Introduce them to our ongoing and upcoming projects and highlight value propositions.
  • Understand partner capabilities, client base, and activation potential.
  • Qualify and onboard channel partners who are the right fit for our projects.

Relationship Building & Activation

  • Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and drive lead flow & walk-ins.
  • Support CPs with project information, pricing, offers, and brochures.
  • Ensure active participation during launches, events, and weekend activity.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain structured records of interactions and performance data using CRM tools.
  • Track engagement levels and CP conversion contributions.

Collaboration with Sales

  • Work closely with the Sales Team for smooth handovers of active CP-driven leads.
  • Share insights from broker conversations to help improve outreach strategies.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience in channel sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or real-estate networking. Freshers welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up management.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to maintain structured pipelines via CRM.
