Job Description

As a skilled and detail-oriented Design and Presales Engineer specializing in Audio Visual (AV) systems, your role will involve designing cutting-edge AV solutions, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the sales team during the presales process. Your strong technical expertise in AV systems, customer-focused mindset, and collaborative approach will be key in delivering innovative solutions. - Analyze client requirements to design comprehensive AV systems, including video conferencing, display solutions, control systems, sound systems, and integration with IT infrastructure. - Develop system schematics, block diagrams, and detailed layouts. - Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations. - Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements, challenges, and feasibility. - Prepare and deliver technical proposals, system design documents, BOQ, and cost estimates tailored to customer needs. - Stay up-to-date on AV technologies, products, and industry trends to recommend the most suitable solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase capabilities to clients. - Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and installation teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Liaise with vendors and manufacturers for product specifications, pricing, and technical support. - Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including drawings, equipment lists, and system configurations. - Provide input to management regarding project feasibility, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in designing and supporting AV systems in a presales or technical role. - Hands-on experience with AV equipment and integration, including control systems, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and audio systems. - Strong understanding of AV standards and best practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical solutions effectively. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of networking concepts related to AV integration is a plus.,
