About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated Presales Consultant with cross-industry experience to join our dynamic team. This role combines business analysis and presales to craft impactful digital solutions for clients across sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and more. Ideal for professionals passionate about business transformation, emerging technologies, and value-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Summary :

Client Engagement & Presales:

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and industry challenges. Contribute to proposals (RFPs/RFIs), design high-level digital solutions, and create tailored presentations, demos, and PoCs. Ensure solutions are scalable, cloud-native, and AI-enabled. Support marketing and account growth initiatives.

Business Analysis & Solution Design:

Lead discovery workshops, analyse current processes, and design future-state models using AI, RPA, IoT, and analytics. Translate business needs into blueprints, user journeys, and value stories. Develop proof-of-value demos and validate solution feasibility.

Required Skills:

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in 2–3 industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.) and relevant value chains.

Technology Awareness: Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CIE concepts.

Consulting Skills: Strong in business analysis, process modelling (BPMN), solution storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of combined experience in Presales, Business Analysis, or Consulting, with exposure to multi-industry engagements.

Experience in agile project environments and familiarity with global delivery models.
