Role Overview

As a Presales Consultant, you will act as a key link between the sales team and prospective clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, presenting tailored technology solutions, and ensuring that proposals align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client business challenges and technical needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and build technical documentation for prospective clients.
• Support the sales cycle by addressing technical inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between technical and business teams.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales support, preferably in the IT/software domain.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions, software products, and IT infrastructure.
