Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Presales Executive

to join our team and assist in driving business success. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure smooth client onboarding. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between the sales and technical teams, demonstrating the value of our products/services to prospective clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to create tailored solutions addressing specific client pain points.
  • Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations, presentations, and quotations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet client needs, while aligning with their business objectives.
  • Present and explain proposals effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling proposals, quotations, and user stories based on client requirements and align them with the companys technical capabilities.
  • Lead the preparation of responses for RFPs and RFQs, ensuring comprehensive solutions are provided.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitor solutions to provide clients with well-informed recommendations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support sales cycles, providing technical expertise and addressing product-related queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product development and engineering to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to refine sourcing strategies and optimize the sales process for efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering valuable insights and being a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical solutions, cloud technologies, software architecture, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proposal & RFP Management: Proven experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, and user story development.
  • Presentation Skills: Advanced presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to align technical solutions with sales goals and customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to devise creative solutions for client requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and provide support throughout the sales cycle.
