Pre Sales Specialist

In this role at Fortune One Build Co Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and outgoing calls through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and online portals. You will play a crucial role in qualifying and nurturing leads before passing them on to the sales team. Coordinating site visits with clients and sales representatives, maintaining CRM data, providing administrative support, and ensuring regular follow-ups with leads will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare and share sales materials and collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain lead quality. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming inquiries and outgoing calls through various channels. - Qualify and nurture leads before passing them to the sales team. - Coordinate site visits with clients and sales representatives. - Maintain and update CRM with lead data, status, and follow-up schedules. - Provide administrative support to the sales team. - Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement. - Prepare and share sales brochures, presentations, and documentation with prospects. - Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate projects. - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality. Key Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of the local real estate market. - Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Educational Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, etc.). - MBA (Marketing or Sales) is a plus.,
