Job Description: As a Sales Coordinator at Fortune One Build Co Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming inquiries and outgoing calls through various channels such as calls, emails, and online portals. You will be tasked with qualifying and nurturing leads before transferring them to the sales team for further action. Coordinating site visits with clients and sales representatives will also be a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will be expected to maintain and update the CRM system with lead data, status updates, and follow-up schedules. Providing administrative support to the sales team and following up with leads regularly to ensure continued engagement will be essential tasks. You will also play a key role in preparing and sharing sales brochures, presentations, and documentation with potential clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of the local real estate market, strong follow-up and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure are key skills required for success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role will hold a graduate degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, etc.), while an MBA in Marketing or Sales would be considered a plus. Working closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality will also be part of your responsibilities.
